New Religious Education Families

If your family is new to the Church of the Nativity Religious Education program, please complete the

Parish Giving- New Family Intake Form   for Summer 2026 or Fall 2026/2027  school year Registration ( only fill this out if you are a new  Nativity RE family )

Existing Religious Education Families

If your family is already participating in our Religious Education program, visit our Parish Giving Web site and log in to your existing account. Please do not submit another New Family Intake Form.

If you are having trouble registering your child or accessing your RE Parish Giving account, please call 732-741-1714 ext. 3, or email angelam@nativitychurchnj.org for assistance.

Non-Religious Education Parishioners

If you are a parishioner who is not affiliated with our Religious Education program and is interested in electronic giving, visit our Parish Giving Web site.
