Children’s Liturgy of the Word Volunteers Wanted [SIGNUP]

Adult catechists and teen volunteers are wanted to help with the Children’s Liturgy of the Word program that takes place during the 9:30am Sunday Masses throughout the school year.

For the first half of the Mass, the Children’s Liturgy of the Word team joins children in the chapel to sing, draw or create a craft and listen to age-appropriate versions of the readings in a relaxed and engaging environment.

Birthright Mother’s Day Collection

Collection boxes are at each entrance to the church. Needed are diapers sizes 1-6 and new clothing, especially boys and girls onesies and pajamas, up to size 18 mos. Items will be collected up until Mothers’ Day before being delivered to Birthright in Red Bank.

Thank you for your generosity to help new mothers and their babies start out right.

Our 2024 VBS theme is SCUBA: Diving into friendship with God

Dive below the surface to build a strong faith. We will take kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God. At Scuba VBS, kids will be immersed in the Word and discover what living water is about.

Thank you for your continued support of the Church of the Nativity’s food pantry! Below are items that are needed by Lunch Break, Family Promise, St. Peter Claver, and Eagles Up (deployed military). Items may be placed in the Food Pantry boxes located around the Church.

Lunch Break Community Dinners

The Church of the Nativity is seeking volunteers to help out at Friday Night Community Dinners at Lunch Break. Lunch Break is located at 121 Drs. James Parker Boulevard in Red Bank.

Nativity volunteers will serve the third Friday of every month from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.
