Church Bulletin

- Bulletin submissions are due 8 business days prior to the weekend it is requested to run. For example, if you’d like something to run in the October 18 bulletin, submit it by September 28.
- Please provide the weekend dates you would like your submission to run. Most submissions will not run longer than 3 weeks.
- Typical size submissions are:
¼ page size = ~60 words w/ picture
½ page size = ~120 words w/ picture

Bulletin Boards

- Anne manages the bulletin boards in the church entrances, the upstairs hallways and the Parish Hall. Angela manages the bulletin boards in and near the Religious Ed offices.
- Please do not post material on the bulletin boards by yourself! Submit your requests and pieces to either Anne or Angela.

- Live and on-demand streaming of our Masses can be found on our home page.
- Claire manages Parish News, Volunteer Opportunities/Ways of Giving, Ministries and Resources. Angela manages Religious Education. If you have any content suggestions, please contact us.
- While content can be posted fairly quickly, please keep in mind that the registration/payment pages you may need for your church event take 1-2 weeks to develop, so plan accordingly.

- We have two main audiences for our e-newsletters: one is the Parish and one is Religious Education families.
- The Parish e-newsletter is created by Allison in conjunction with the church bulletin and the web site. It is distributed weekly on Fridays. Click here if you would like to be added to our Parish e-newsletter mailing list.
- The Religious Education e-newsletter is distributed on an as-needed basis. If you have any questions about the RE e-newsletters, please contact Angela.
